PRL 13 |
- PRL 13 covers the Killanoola oil accumulation on the northern flank of the Penola Trough.
- Mean recoverable resource of 800,000 bbls high viscosity oil (Beach Petroleum estimate).
- Killanoola DW-1 flowed 25-30 BOPD with 10 to 15% water cut on production test.
- May be possible to improve flow rate and produce at commercial rates through the application of new technologies.
- Extended production testing of discovery well planned for summer 2007/2008.
